- Experience conscious, detail-oriented and technology-savvy with the ability to deliver operational excellence in learning deployment and metrics that demonstrate real impact to the business?
As the Learning & Development Manager, you will create comprehensive learning designs, and develop content for instructor-led training and eLearning that employs best practices of delivery and result in high quality learning solutions.
A Day in the Life
- Provide consultation on the design, development, delivery method, and maintenance of learning solutions that enhance productivity and stimulate individual growth using adult learning methodologies and best practices. Support eLearning development needs
- Conducts needs assessments and identify learning strategy/approach and appropriate media for delivery
- Assess learning and development programs including evaluation instructor performance, knowledge, and skill improvement and performance improvement to drive overall organizational impact
- Identify learning opportunities to improve individual and organizational performance
- Communicate the value and opportunities of continuous learning and development to Element employees
- Support the design, development and implementation of curriculums and other learning resources on the LMS
- Manage assigned projects
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree, preferably in Learning Management, Instructional Design, Human Resource Development, Education, Business, or a related field
- eLearning design experience and demonstrated expertise in the technical development, implementation and troubleshooting of web-based training modules
- 3-5 years of learning and development experience including developing, implementing, and delivering training.
- Experience measuring and evaluating impact experience
- Demonstrated ability to manage projects effectively balancing timeliness and quality in a fast-paced environment
