Allata is an IT company dedicated to strategy, architecture, and enterprise-level application development with offices in the US, India, and Argentina. We aim to be strategic advisors for our clients, focusing on helping them enhance or scale business opportunities, create efficiencies, automate processes through custom technologies, and find elegant solutions to inefficient problems.


We provide Data Analytics, Advanced Integrations, Product Launch, Experience Design, Support, Cloud, DevOps, Software Development, among other services. Our agile centralized development teams powered by our on-site senior leadership allow us to work with you as a stand-alone group be it integrating into your in-house dev teams or providing external architectural guidance.




As a Manager at Allata, you'll play a pivotal role in driving client success by managing projects, leading teams, and ensuring the delivery of high-quality solutions. You will use your expertise to evaluate and implement strategic frameworks, guide project execution, and create strong relationships with clients while embodying Allata's core values. Your leadership will extend to developing team members, promoting collaboration, and actively managing project profitability in alignment with the company's objectives

Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage project teams to deliver high-impact solutions for clients.
  • Evaluate and select frameworks to solve business and technology problems on projects.
  • Provide clear, transparent, and accurate estimates for project-level assignments.
  • Generate and adjust plans for projects, ensuring timely completion of assignments.
  • Manage issue and risk identification/resolution processes to mitigate potential project challenges.
  • Drive meeting outcomes through effective preparation, execution, and follow-through.
  • Develop trusted relationships with clients, stakeholders, and project leadership.
  • Actively manage project profitability and adherence to Allata's policies and systems.
  • Coach team members to enhance their professional growth and performance.
  • Participate and lead internal initiatives to support company growth and innovation.

Requirements:

  • Demonstrable experience in project management and leading cross-functional teams.
  • Strong ability to evaluate, select, and implement technology and business frameworks.
  • Proficiency in providing accurate project estimates and managing budgets.
  • Experience in risk management and implementing mitigation strategies.
  • Expertise in client relationship management and business networking.
  • Excellent communication skills, including written, verbal, and presentation abilities.
