Maesa is currently seeking a Logistics Manager to join our team. This role reports to the Director, Warehouse and Logistics. The Logistics Manager must work closely with supplier, carrier/shipping company and internal departments to ensure that all requirements are filled in a timely and accurate manner.
Pay Range: $95,000/yr - $105,000/yr. Exact compensation may vary based on skills, experience, and location.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan and organize the shipments from our 3PL to the customer domestic and international DCs for product and fixtures.
- Submit orders to 3PL for picking and track to deliver in timely manners.
- Create UPC labels and packing lists from customer portals and provide to 3PL.
- Monitor shipment status and discrepancies and work with customers to provide solutions.
- Ensure that production is scheduled for timely delivery to meet start ship date on customers POs.
- Maintain accurate open order logs to track all orders.
- Process invoicing in internal system.
- Support with new retailer’s EDI onboarding and setup with EDI provider and 3PL as well as with ERP implementations
- Settle customer chargebacks and disputes, including overages, shortages, shipments to incorrect locations, etc.
- Reporting ad hoc
- Cross functioning interaction with multiple teams within Maesa as well as final customers and 3PL’s in different parts of the country.
Qualifications
- 2 -3 years of experience in supply chain or related fields in consumer goods industry.
- Experience in international shipments, hazmat products.
- Knowledge of EDI implementation is a plus
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel required.
- Strong communication skills and attention to details.
- Excellent organizational skills.
- Ability to prioritize, multi-task and handle multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to work independently and with a team.
- Flexibility and willingness to take on additional responsibilities when needed.
