Landis is a homeownership company taking on the housing affordability crisis. Our mission is to guide people on their unique path to homeownership, and we do this through a coaching app and a holistic homeownership program where we buy a home for a client and rent it to them while we help them prepare for a mortgage. Landis is seeking a talented Loyalty Marketing Manager to join our Marketing team. The role is responsible for developing and executing a loyalty marketing strategy for our real estate agents. The strategy will include plans to onboard, activate, engage, grow, and retain real estate agents. The ideal candidate will be experienced in building and optimizing lifecycle marketing programs, with a particular focus on email marketing. To be successful in this role, the candidate will drive measurable results through creating impactful strategies and then optimizing with rapid testing and learning.
Where you will make an impact:
- Develop loyalty marketing strategy and roadmap for real estate agentsÂ
- Understand the agent customer lifecycle and build any segmentation required for relevant and personalized marketing activations
- Plan and execute campaigns, promotions, and programs to engage, grow, and retain real estate agentsÂ
- Manage performance and analytics across all channels, campaigns, and programs; monitor and maximize profitability/ROIs.
- Run A/B tests and derive insights and learnings that can be applied to future campaigns and tests
- Create promotions strategy that incentivise the right customer behaviors
- Develop scalable solutions through automation and personalization treatmentsÂ

Your background includes:
- 5+ years of prior experience in a similar role (CRM, email, loyalty, retention)
- Proven track record of success
- Experience working closely and communicating effectively with a diverse set of internal and external stakeholders in a constantly evolving, rapid growth environment
- Proactive self-starter able to prioritize and manage work autonomously
- Excellent verbal/written communication and presentation skills
