As we embark on our expansion journey (both in Perth and East Coast), we are on the lookout for exceptional professionals at the Senior Manager, Manager, and Associate Manager levels to join our innovative and dynamic team. 

Job Description

In this role, you will be a catalyst for significant change, supporting clients in strategy development, operational improvement, and business transformation. Your expertise will empower organisations to challenge norms, create opportunities, and foster innovation. By collaborating with our global network, you will craft pragmatic solutions that leave a lasting impact, enabling clients to thrive across diverse sectors such as resources, transport, health, finance, government, utilities, and not-for-profit organisations. This role requires leading teams and building Business Development capability, offering a unique opportunity for personal growth and professional development. 

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field; advanced qualifications are advantageous. 
• 5+ years of prior experience in professional services, ideally within a Big 4 environment or a top-tier consulting firm. 
• Demonstrated proficiency in consulting, strategy, business development, and project management. 
• Strong analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills. 
• Entrepreneurial mindset with a knack for innovation and problem-solving. 
• Proficiency in MS Office suite.
