SUMMARY
As Manager of Market Analytics, you will work cross functionally with stakeholders across Allegro, including Marketing, Business Units, Sales, IT and Operations to enhance decision making across the organization. You'll partner with business process experts to provide analytical insights for key businesses and drive scalable solutions.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
Build analytical reporting capabilities for detailed problems around market share, margin improvement, revenue planning and others. Lead business analytics projects which identify opportunities to streamline business processes, define KPIs, enhance reporting capabilities and optimize business performance Collaborate with Sales and IT to identify opportunities for data integrity improvements. Analyze historical operations and marketing data and forecast trends, and translate numbers into compelling stories, presenting your findings and recommendations to key stakeholders .
ESSENTIAL REQUIREMENTS
BA/BS degree in Business, Mathematics, Marketing, Information Systems, Analytics, Engineering, Statistics, or in a related field; Ideally an MBA 5 years of experience in business analysis
Experience working on a team delivering business intelligence solutions. Strong problem solving, quantitative and analytical abilities and a strategic mindset
Experience with data modeling/mapping
Strong leadership skills with proven ability to facilitate cross-functionally at all levels of the organization
Excellent communication skills including ability to develop and deliver presentations.
Ability to work independently and thrive in a team environment
