Manager, Marketing

Description
Currently, we are looking for a Manager, Marketing to join the MoLo Solutions team. The Manager, Marketing leads the creation, integration, and execution of MoLo's marketing strategy in support of truckload business objectives. This position collaborates with the Marketing team of MoLo's parent company, ArcBest, to create and execute end-to-end internal and external communications strategies that align with the MoLo and ArcBest brand.
Main Responsibilities:

• Manage and develop the Marketing team.
• Develop and execute on MoLo's marketing strategy in support of the overall business objectives to enhance brand awareness, increase lead generation, and attract top talent.
• Focus on our customer and carrier experience and improve the buyer interaction by developing relevant sales enablement materials.
• Conceptualize, create, and manage various marketing projects with cross functional teams to ensure business goals are met.
• Partner with internal stakeholders and sales leadership to develop channel, segment, and market strategies to enable targeted marketing campaigns.
• Facilitate internal engagement processes and drive improved employee engagement.
• Oversee the online and physical store of MoLo promotional items for company, including budget.
• Keep all content, digital and print, current to ensure it reflects the brand and monitor posted content for accuracy and relevance.
• Manage trade show and conference lists for registration and assist attendees with promotional items.
• Be the main point of contact for all vendor relations on marketing initiatives.
• Manage public relations and media relations.
• Analyze marketing data to evaluate ROI and draw insights.
• Other duties and projects, as assigned.

Requirements
Experience and Skills We're Looking For:
Education:

• Bachelor's Degree in marketing or a related field, preferred

Experience:

• 5 years of progressive marketing experience, preferred.
• 5 years of management experience with demonstrated success motivating cross-functional teams, preferred.
• Experience in the third-party logistics industry, preferred.
• Experience driving significant business growth with a small team of marketing specialists.

Additional Requirements:

• Proven ability to create innovative and effective marketing programs across multiple channels that generate results and meet business objectives.
• Effective project management and organizational skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal.
• A portfolio demonstrating marketing work

Location: This position is located in our headquarters in the Fulton Market District of Chicago, IL. There will be an option to work hybrid in-office and remote, however must be located in Chicago to go into the office as needed.
