We are seeking a Manager, Marketing Analytics to join our Digital Marketing Services group in Richmond, VA, or we are open to remote work arrangements.

As a Manager, Marketing Analytics you'll be responsible for discovering impactful data-driven insights and propelling our consumer-centric vision across multiple channels and brands. In addition, this role will involve the management of third-party resources to drive Altria towards its digital analytics vision.

What you'll be doing:• Integrate disparate data sources to analyze campaign performance and consumer response trends• Incorporate activation objectives, historical trends and budget allocations to identify ideal audience strategies• Combine technical knowledge with business strategy to translate complex analytics into useful recommendations to optimize future activations• Analyze target audience segments to identify key behavior drivers and enhance marketing flows• Collaborate with internal data science teams to enhance audience segmentation approach, consumer propensity model portfolio and channel-specific forecasts• Elevate emerging data needs to our internal Data Strategy group to drive enhancements in our portfolio of consumer-centric data sets• Lead 3rd party resources to deliver high quality consumer journey analytics and non-ML models • Serve as a strategic thinking partner to teammates and stakeholders by sharing expertise and experiences

What we want you to have:• Bachelor's degree in Economics, Business Analytics, Marketing, or a related field• Master's degree in a quantitative field preferred but not required• 7+ years of relevant work experience in analytics or marketing analytics; working knowledge of common marketing channels• Demonstrated application of technical skills with consumer data sets:• SQL • Python or R a plus• Demonstrated knowledge of intermediate statistical processes such as correlations, regressions, hypothesis testing• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with demonstrated ability to communicate data and technical aspects to stakeholders having varying technical and data knowledge • Demonstrated experience leading cross-functional teams and influencing others without authority• Demonstrated strategic and creative thinking skills• Understanding of common martech platforms/tools such as Adobe preferred• Previous experience in visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI a plus• Previous experience in Agile Methodology a plus
