About this position

The Manager, Marketing Communications is responsible for leading a diverse team to develop, implement and execute optimized industry-leading communications to support our Sales/Marketing strategies and overall, Company goals. Using tactical precision of our email/SMS/MMS platforms to reach our various customer types and unawares to support the product lifecycle, incentives, promotions, training and recognition programs, events, plus international growth, This role helps manage the optimization of the customer and Ambassador journeys and is responsible for collaborating with cross-functional stakeholders to create individual touchpoints into a powerful, unified strategy. This role is also responsible for communication innovation, leveraging data and analytics to drive changes in strategy.

What you'll do

• You will lead the communications team to support the strategies and goals of the Director, Communications, Sales/Marketing teams and Company.
• You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to create and execute industry-leading omnichannel communication plans and campaigns that increase brand awareness, loyalty, and engagement.
• You will elevate Plexus touchpoints through communications channels such as email marketing and SMS/MMS.
• You will implement full end to end global customer and Ambassador communications plans and journeys that can be leveraged with international market teams.
• You will leverage analytical insights to identify opportunities for optimizing customers and Ambassador experiences by providing relevant and valuable communications.
• You will engage in continued learning to stay-in-the-know on communication trends and best practices and collaborate accordingly with Creative team and stakeholders for communication enhancements.
• You will meet deadlines with the resources provided and never compromise ethical standards.
• You will adhere to brand guidelines across all communication channels.
• You will execute communications team roles and responsibilities including hiring as appropriate.
• You will focus on solutions and provide open, transparent communication with team, stakeholders and manager.
• You will champion the communications team, alleviating pain points and delivering tools where appropriate.

You should have

• Bachelor's degree in Communications, Marketing, Journalism, Business, a related field, or equivalent relevant experience.
• You have 3+ years leading communications and/or marketing teams with a proven track record of driving positive results.
• MLM experience is preferred.
• You have strategic communications and marketing experience that includes comms planning, positioning, messaging, tone, voice and branding.
• You are an email marketing subject matter expert.
