Position Summary

Caris Life Sciences (Caris) is looking for a self-driven individual with a proactive mentality that has a passion for leading complex business initiatives across multiple functional teams. We are seeking career professionals (5+ years' experience) interested in the continued development of skills in project management, business analysis, and commercial operations. This role will play an integral part in driving strategic commercial initiatives to support Caris' sales growth goals.

Manager - Marketing Operations will report to the Director, Marketing Strategy and Operations, working closely with the broader Marketing team, key business stakeholders, and external vendors to help drive business results, and advance the Caris brand. The ideal candidate can work well with multiple stakeholders and functional leadership to drive to successful results on high profile projects, and is a critical-thinker that is not satisfied with the status quo.

Job Responsibilities

• Produce documentation and deliverables using various approaches & tools for assigned marketing processes including but not limited to The Caris Lab Experience, Ad boards, etc.
• Perform business analysis to track and measure assigned marketing process performance
• Conduct and play a key role in workshops, design sessions, white-boarding sessions, and project meetings as needed.
• Proactively identify, document, and raise risks, inclusive of mitigation strategies and plans.
• Be a champion of business improvement and change management to accelerate effectiveness and commercial success

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree; Desired majors include, but are not limited to: Business, Marketing, Economics, Finance, or Information Systems Management
• 3+ years of post-higher education work experience in the areas of business analysis, operations, or project/program management
• Conditions of Employment: Individual must successfully complete pre-employment process, which includes criminal background check, drug screening and reference verification. Also, individual must be fully vaccinated for COVID-19 by the date of hire to be considered for U.S.-based jobs, if not currently employed by Caris Life Sciences.

• Strong organizational skills, with the ability to manage a vast array of information & prioritize multiple competing tasks
• Adaptability to create structure in ambiguous or rapidly changing environments, with a desire and flexibility to explore new areas and skills
• Proven ability to analyze problems, identify alternative solutions and implement recommendations for resolution
• Strong interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills to deliver your message to varied audiences at various levels (e.g. customers, client stakeholders, internal functional partners, delivery teams, etc.)
• Highly self-motivated and able to work independently with little supervision, as well as in a team environment
• Experience in a regulated healthcare industry (pharma, biotech, etc.) required; Oncology experience preferred
• Advanced skills and experience in Microsoft Office and project management tools

Physical Demands

• The ability to lift objects over 30 pounds
• The ability to sit or stand for long periods of time
• Manual dexterity and ability to bend, reach, stoop
