What you'll do:

Digital Operations

  • Manage the Omnify and Omnify+ On-boarding and account management.
    • This includes status changes of Omnify accounts, notating when they are invoiced each quarter, updating store id's and any other pertinent information for each retail location.
  • Manage the Digital Advertising Purchases. Add new accounts that purchase campaigns, notate billing preference as well as date of first billing, confirm yearly budgets as well as per campaign.
    • Manage the participating retailer national sale dealer list.
  • Updating when Edge Store retailers drop and/or added, Omnify and Omnift+ accounts added, and add new Edge Local Campaign participants prior to each national sale
  • Monthly invoicing spreadsheet sent to finance for any new Omnify Installations
  • Quarterly invoicing spreadsheet sent to finance for all Omnify quarterly maintenance fees and buzzlocal fees.
  • Send invoicing spreadsheet to finance for all Edge Local Campaigns (these are sent as either a one-time invoice, or 4 quarterly equal payments based on retailers' request)

Consumer Lead Management

  • Manage Edge marketing lead programs for telephone and email communication channels
  • Work closely with our sales team and supporting vendor partner to ensure that communications are consistent with corporate protocols.
  • Manage monthly reporting to prioritize communication and recruitment with specific Edge dealers.

What you have:

  • Bachelor's degree in a related discipline- Preferred
  • 3+ years digital or lead generation experience
  • Project Management experience a plus.

  • Exceptional team player who possesses excellent oral, written, presentation, interpersonal communication and deck writing skills to effectively interact with a wide range of individuals
  • Proven at driving revenue, ROI and digital strategy
  • Can-do, go-getter attitude
  • Outside of the box thinker
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with poise and professionalism
