This position can be based remotely in any of our approved hiring regions. Our hybrid distributed workforce philosophy allows us to find the best talent in the country and build diverse teams, while allowing our colleagues to work from the location that works best for them. For those who prefer to work in-office, we have locations in San Francisco and Pittsburgh. We also plan to use these spaces to bring together teammates to drive creativity and innovation.

The Role:
Kiavi is searching for a Marketing Operations Manager who can drive operational efficiency and effectiveness in a wide variety of marketing efforts aimed at both new acquisition as well as customer growth. This hands-on role will be responsible for maintaining the systems, processes and data that supports all of Kiavi’s marketing programs. You will report directly to our Head of Marketing and will play a key role in achieving our ambitious growth goals.
Responsibilities:
- Own the MarketingOps Systems & Tooling : Ensure marketing technology is evaluated, selected, implemented and continually enhanced to meet the needs of the marketing department (includes budget and contract processes).
- Define Marketing Analytics: Own the accuracy of key system processes including lead scoring, lead routing, UTM tracking, and data syncs between sales and marketing technologies. Ensure that marketing systems are integrated and deployed effectively, including funnel optimization, goal definitions and data tracking for proper measurement.
- Email Execution: Â Implement marketing automation best practices using Marketo for campaign set-up and email execution as well as support platforms like Drift, G2W, Hubspot, etc.
- Provide Reporting & Insights: Partnering with the Senior Marketing Analyst and channel owners, design, build, and automate reporting and dashboards supporting multi-channel campaigns (email, event, webinar, paid ads, etc) across various tools. Illuminate marketing data and insights while making recommendations for optimization.
- Activate Strong Partnerships: Partner with operational counterparts in Sales & Engineering to promote and prioritize joint initiatives. Enhance marketing automation understanding across the business, with emphasis on lead nurturing, lead prioritization, lead routing and drive optimal funnel stage progression.
Qualifications:
- BA/BS degree or equivalent working experience
- 4+ years of experience in Marketing Operations or Campaign Management
- 4+ years experience with Marketo (certifications a plus)
- Experience with B2B marketing technologies (Drift, GoToWebinar, ect.)
- Proficiency with G4, Google Tag Manager and CDP Platforms
- Salesforce & Hubspot experience a plus
- Data driven with experience delivering B2B marketing reporting (Tableau experience a plus)
- Proven success at optimizing systems and processes
- Strong analytical skills. Ability to build, analyze and report operational metrics.
- Strong project management skills, organizational agility, command skills and interpersonal ability to work effectively within a geographically dispersed, multi-functional team
- Highly organized and detail oriented
Kiavi takes a market-based approach to pay, and pay may vary depending on your location. Work locations are categorized into one of three tiers based on cost of labor for that geographic area. These ranges may be modified in the future.
Tier B - $105,000 to $158,000 base + bonus + equity + benefits
Tier C - $100,000 to 150,000 base + bonus + equity + benefits
