Job Description

The Opportunity:

We are seeking an experienced candidate to manage, execute and document the processes for key elements of our large sales conferences.

The candidate will possess a deep understanding of sales conferences, event technology, and data management.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Process Optimization:

    • Develop and implement standardized processes for event personalization and execution to ensure efficiency and consistency.

    • Support overall project management needs across multiple work steams when needed

    • Identify technology platforms to enable optimal personalized event experiences.

  • Stakeholder Engagement:

    • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including planning team, IT, exhibitors, and attendees.

  • Budget Management:

    • Develop and manage event budgets for owned workstreams, ensuring cost-effective allocation of resources.

    • Negotiate contracts and agreements with vendors to secure favorable terms and conditions.

  • Event Measurement and Analysis:

    • Create detailed post-event reports and presentations for stakeholders, summarizing key insights and recommendations.

Skills and Background Needed:

  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects and deliver results under pressure.

  • Strong decision-making skills and the ability to navigate complex and dynamic environments.

  • Extensive experience in planning and executing large-scale events, conferences, and trade shows including event logistics, vendor management, and on-site coordination.

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to identify opportunities and overcome challenges.

  • Experience in managing event budgets.

  • Proficiency in using data analytics tools and techniques to measure event performance.

  • Experience in creating detailed post-event reports and delivering actionable insights.

Experience Needed:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Communications, Marketing, Event Management, or a related field.

  • Proven track record of successfully planning and executing large-scale events.

  • Experience in leading and managing complex programs that include external vendors and partners.

  • Outstanding written and verbal communications skills

  • Experience in budget management.

  • Experience in event measurement and analysis, including developing metrics and analyzing data to drive event improvements.

  • Global experience a plus
