Manager, Media Relations


Responsibilities

 - Serve as a key team member on multiple lines of business that cross corporate and consumer verticals within a large portfolio, managing multiple projects at once.

- Must have experience drafting media strategies and building stories that travel.

- Experience managing vendors and troubleshooting activations.

- Craft, present and execute integrated communications strategies for major campaigns.

- Bring to life compelling ideas for clients, media and influencers.

- Compose media materials (press releases, pitch notes, client briefings, messaging documents, sample Q&A, proposals, bylined articles, supporting social content, etc.).

- Proof and edit client related documents.

- Manage and build relationships with media.

- Communicate with clients on a daily basis, provide ongoing client counsel and clear recommendations.

- Serve as a key participant in client meetings and presentations.

- Manage clients, team resources and deliverables around major campaigns and programs.

- Coach and mentor others on the team

- A trend spotter when it comes to client category and media landscape.

- Experience in CPG, spirits or QSR a plus.
