Job Description Summary:

This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a fast-paced agile acquisition marketing team. No day is the same, you’ll work in two-week sprint cycles as part of a multi-disciplined acquisition squad, supporting a backlog of campaigns and experiments to increase and expand merchant acquisition programs in the US and other major markets. The team focuses on data driven, experimentation to identify the tactics that differentially accelerate growth towards hitting the squad’s key metrics. Job Description:

· Acquisition Strategy: Responsible for developing and managing the execution of omni channel campaigns for Merchant Acquisition efforts including Lead Generation and Warming - Proactive marketing (digital/email/direct mail) to create qualified leads to feed nurture streams and opportunities for Sales in support of new Merchant acquisition.  SEM, Programmatic, Paid Social, and Affiliates are just some of channels used within the team.

· Marketing Integration: Partner with ABM/ SMB /B2B Marketing teams to define lead flows and content requirements to support initiatives of various sizes – always on programs, new experiments, corporate priorities, and more.

· Performance Management: Sets priorities for agency partners. Set and deliver against performance targets and budgets by channel, allocating budget using forecast models such as diminished returns to optimize efforts to certain ROI targets. Reports on program performance, kpi’s and recommended changes to investment decisions ​

· Program Innovation: Partners with Growth Analytic and Database team squad members to uncover user insights, create the experimentation roadmap with squad members and execute a rigorous A/B testing agenda to enhance campaign effectiveness for warming and ​

·Growth Discipline: Leads & embodies agile ways of working and continuous improvements to the effectiveness of ceremonies. Works with Scrum Master to continually optimize ways of working.  ​
