As a Manager, Mid-Market Sales you will be an important part of the Sales Leadership team here at Frame.io, and Adobe company. To be successful, you'll need to be a great manager who develops AE's through skill coaching and data analysis, and can coach to prospecting and pipeline creation while also selling in tandem with your team. You will be part of the Mid-Market sales team growth, helping to refine our sales pitch, evolve our sales process, and drive the team towards consistent performance results.

Our team's mission is to drive revenue while hiring and developing talent. We focus on coaching, mentorship, and skills development and promote 2-3 members in our org into new roles in a typical month. You'll be equal parts partner and coach, and you'll manage to pipeline generation goals and tactics just as much as you will pipeline management and selling/closure strategy.

Responsibilities and Requirements
  • 3+ years of sales leadership experience in a transactional SaaS role (shorter sales cycle, multiple deals per AE per month)
  • Experience managing AE's that build pipeline through outbound efforts, with the ability to jump in and show your team how to do Outreach and leverage Outreach strategies and tools
  • Experience with day to day seller support across all sales stages from Discovery and Demo calls to contract negotiations and closure plans.
  • Experience leading 1:1s, call reviews, pipeline review, enablement and training sessions
  • Experience diagnosing and managing funnels from outreach to closed won
  • A passion for coaching and developing sales talent
  • A love for leadership, culture, and vision building

Bonus points if you have
  • History in the video, productivity, and/or collaboration SaaS markets
  • Sold to the Creative, Marketing, Operations, and IT functions

Pursuant to the New York City Pay Transparency Law, below is a summary of compensation elements for this role if based in New York City.

New York Starting Salary $164,000 - $213,000

At Adobe, for sales roles starting salaries are expressed as total target compensation (TTC = base + commission), and short-term incentives are in the form of sales commission plans. Non-sales roles starting salaries are expressed as base salary and short-term incentives are in the form of the Annual Incentive Plan (AIP).

In addition, certain roles may be eligible for long-term incentives in the form of a new hire equity award.
