EquipmentShare is Hiring a Manager, National Account Coordinator
Job Summary: Manager, National Account Coordinator oversees a team responsible for managing national accounts, ensuring client satisfaction, and handling high-priority accounts. This role involves developing client relationship strategies, addressing client issues, and setting revenue targets while fostering a collaborative and efficient team environment. Strong leadership and problem-solving skills are essential for success in this position.

Duties/Responsibilities:Â
- Leads and directs the work of other employees and has authority for personnel decisions.
- Establish and review schedules for client check-ins, develop and implement procedures for addressing client issues or concerns.Â
- Provide guidelines for upselling and cross-selling, and establish individual revenue targets.
- Personally handle larger, more complex, or more critical accounts.
- Manage the order process for EquipmentShare National accountsÂ
- Maintain and nurture existing customer relationships to ensure our customers are 100% satisfied with the level of service and support they are receiving from EquipmentShare. Keep them up-ÂtoÂ-date about new or additional ways in which EquipmentShare can help improve their business.
- Promptly respond to and resolve customer inquiries, requests, complaints or other communications.
- Work with all locations to ensure National account orders are handled promptly and correctly.Â

- You can adapt to the fast pace of a growing company and stay continuously educated on the latest EquipmentShare products and services.
- Project management skills and must be extremely detail oriented. Â
- Comprehensive knowledge of the field's concepts and principles.Â
- Performs complex tasks typically following established processes but comfortable with creating new processes.
- Responsible for administering established policies and procedures but may have some impact on departmental budgeting, strategic planning, and procedural change.
Education and Experience:
- At least 3 years of sales/operations experience (equipment rental experience is a plus)
- At least 5 years management experience
Physical Requirements:
- Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
- Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds at times.
- Up to 40% travel will be required.
