Expected salary range of $133200 to $148000 varies based on experience along with comprehensive benefits package that includes commission and 401(k).

LOCATION

This is a remote position. Candidates must reside in the United States and be willing to work a corporate day-shift schedule on Eastern Standard Time or Central Standard Time. Up to 20% travel is required to attend in-office meetings. Anticipated travel schedule includes traveling into our Baltimore MD headquarters every month for 1-2 days per week.

PRIMARY PURPOSE OF POSITION

As the Manager Navigator Digital Solutions you will play a pivotal role in integrating multiple systems into a consolidated Azure cloud environment with support and alignment from across the Constellation Navigator Product Organization as well as the larger Constellation IT organization. You and a team of engineers will leverage your technical expertise and understanding of cloud platforms to design develop and implement scalable secure and cost-effective solutions.

Responsibilities:

• Cloud Migration Strategy: Develop and execute a comprehensive cloud migration strategy for the current products ensuring a seamless transition to the Azure platform.
• Integration Architecture: Design and implement robust integration architectures between the existing products.
• Technical Assessment: Conduct thorough technical assessments of the product&rsquos current technical stacks as well as cloud environments (AWS Azure GCP) identifying potential compatibility issues and optimization opportunities.
• Solution Design: Develop innovative solutions that align with the organization's business objectives leveraging Constellation Navigator&rsquos existing capabilities and best practices.
• Proof of Concepts: Conduct proof of concepts to validate the feasibility and effectiveness of proposed solutions and enhancements.
• Implementation Oversight: Oversee the implementation of integration solutions ensuring adherence to project timelines and quality standards.
• Technical Guidance: Provide technical guidance and support to development teams throughout the integration process.
• Continuous Improvement: Identify process improvement and optimization opportunities within all product environments to drive efficiency and standards across the organization.

POSITION SPECIFICATIONS

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

• Bachelor&rsquos Degree in IT/Computer Science or Software Development Engineering and at least 8+ years’ experience in area of technical specialty or an equivalent combination of education and work experience
• 8+ years of software development experience supporting multiple applications across portfolios in an operational environment servicing an enterprise-level user base.
• 5+ years of management experience for guiding software design and development with backend and database services such as SQL or NoSQL databases - Oracle SQL Server Cosmos DB MySQL Redis Splunk
• 5 years of relevant hands-on experience in object programming languages such as: Python JavaScript NodeJS .NET HTML AngularJS
• Experience with migrating workloads from on-prem to cloud such as AWS GCP and Azure or from cloud to cloud (AWS to Azure etc.)
• 5+ years of architecting distributed systems.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills in English with excellent interpersonal communication and collaboration skills.
• Experience acting as a team lead or mentor

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

• Experience working both with large enterprises as well as smaller startups.
• Master&rsquos degree in business management or Informational Systems
• Prior experience managing direct reports
