SUMMARY:

Responsible for developing operational policies, procedures, and work plans for network operations team in support of 600+ site Wide Area Network. Heavy focus on managing and resolving chronic network issues to ensure branch productivity.

You must be eligible to work in the US without Visa Sponsorship.

1. Provide direction to all engineers and technicians.
2. Interoperate with NOC and engineers to streamline day-to-day operations and maximize branch uptime.
3. Ability to make key decisions and positively influence direct reports.
4. Expert technical knowledge.

Skills:
1. Proven background managing large networks.
2. Proven experience managing 24x7x365 networks.
3. MS-Office (especially Excel.)
4. Exceptional problem-solving skills.
5. Ability to excel in cross-functional teams.
6. Ability to multitask with multiple competing priorities.
7. Advanced documentation and network diagramming skills.
8. Motivated self-starter.
9. After-hours on-call support required.

Education and Experience:
1. High School diploma or equivalent.
2. Prefer Undergraduate degree.
3. Five plus years managing networks.
4. Two plus years managerial experience.
5. Industry certifications a plus.

• 5-10 Direct Reports
• 0-5 Indirect Reports
• 5-10 Indirect Reports
