Your Opportunity
This full-time role is about making an impact on people's lives and the future of clean energy. You will leverage your skills and experience to be part of an innovative team and make a difference for our customers. Framatome is seeking a Sales Director to lead our I&C Sales Team in North America. This position can be based in either the Lynchburg VA, Mansfield MA, or Charlotte NC areas and in some cases it can be remote depending on location. This position is responsible for identifying, developing and securing customers to support the sustainability and growth of our products and services for our North American utility and other customers. Responsible for business strategy planning, developing a strong sales vision/mission, and coordinating marketing and sales efforts to achieve results in support of growing our business. Primary responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Understand customer objectives and constraints to establish and maintain a favorable relationship
- Contribute towards achieving annual and long-term sales goals
- Produce clear, correct proposals and communicate them to customers, at tradeshows, and other forums
- Works closely and inclusively with I&C Operations and Leadership, as well as collaborates with other Business Units
- Support customer through contract negotiations and closing out new order for all customer targets
- Maintain working knowledge of customer short and long term priorities
- Develop and implements sales and/or marketing strategies, while providing direction to support sales staff
- Responsible to obtain committed Product Line/portfolio revenue, operating income, and/or order intake goals annually
- Propose product applications and solutions so that product and service deliveries meet customer requirements
- Perform opportunity identification, tracking and proposal process and recommends process changes
- Develop economic scenarios to help top management challenge and validate key business decisions
- Share information so that all business players develop a level of competencies and performances in line with customer requirements
- Use SPEAK (appointment with clients, reporting, presentation, opportunity follow up, information sharing with management and product manager)
- Manage assigned I&C sales team members

The I&C North America Sales Organization provides leadership and management of company sales functions to achieve sustainable commercial objectives. It develops and implements sales and marketing strategies to increase sales, margins, and sales process efficiency through a global approach, using synergies between platforms. The I&C North American nuclear market is growing and market conditions are favorable for exciting and continued growth for years to come. It is seeking a Director who can lead the team in securing opportunities in this market including the current Light Water Reactor, Small Modular Reactor, and Advanced Reactor markets.

Your Total Rewards Package
The range of base salary for the position is between $122,000 - $166,000, and may also include annual incentives, performance bonuses and benefits. Please note that the base salary range is a guideline, and individual total compensation will vary based on factors such as qualifications, skill level, competencies and work location.
