Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and oversee all statutory financial reporting for the organization
• Establish, maintain, and enforce policies and procedures to ensure accurate and timely financial reporting, in line with applicable accounting standards (GAAP, Regulatory).
• Ensure strong internal controls are in place and maintained across all reporting processes.
• Collaborate with internal and external business partners to ensure seamless financial operations.
• Manage, mentor, and develop the accounting team, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelors Degree in Accounting.
• 5+ years of accounting experience with a focus on financial reporting.
• Lead or supervisory/management experience.

Preferred Qualifications:

• CPA certification.
• Experience in healthcare insurance.
• Statutory reporting experience.
• Expertise in process improvement.
