This position is posted by Jobgether on behalf of a partner company. We are currently looking for a Manager of Client Training in the United States.

This role is a strategic leadership position responsible for shaping and scaling client training programs that directly influence onboarding success, product adoption, and long-term customer satisfaction. You will lead a training function focused on delivering high-quality learning experiences across multiple formats, ensuring clients gain maximum value from a complex SaaS platform. The position requires a balance of instructional design expertise, team leadership, and cross-functional collaboration with product, sales, and client success teams. You will play a key role in defining how customers learn, engage, and succeed throughout their journey. In a fast-paced, data-driven environment, you will continuously improve training effectiveness using analytics and feedback. This is a high-impact role where learning strategy directly supports retention, growth, and client success outcomes.

Accountabilities:

  • Design, implement, and scale client training programs supporting onboarding, adoption, and long-term customer success
  • Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing Training team, ensuring alignment with business and client needs
  • Partner with Client Success, Sales, Product, and Marketing teams to align training initiatives with organizational goals
  • Oversee learning management system (LMS) strategy, optimization, and content delivery processes
  • Develop and refine curriculum design using modern learning approaches such as blended learning, microlearning, and virtual training
  • Define KPIs, OKRs, and learning metrics to evaluate training effectiveness and drive continuous improvement
  • Use data and learner feedback to enhance training programs and identify areas for optimization
  • Ensure all training content remains accurate, relevant, and aligned with product updates and compliance requirements
  • Manage training resources, external vendors, and budget planning as needed
  • Introduce innovative learning technologies and methods to improve scalability and engagement
  • Requirements:

    • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience
    • 5+ years of experience in training management, instructional design, or learning program leadership (SaaS experience preferred)
    • Strong experience designing and delivering scalable training programs for clients or enterprise users
    • Proven leadership experience managing and developing training or enablement teams
    • Experience working with LMS platforms and learning analytics tools
    • Strong understanding of modern learning methodologies including blended and digital learning strategies
    • Ability to translate business and product goals into structured learning solutions
    • Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills
    • Strong analytical mindset with experience using data to improve learning outcomes
    • Ability to work cross-functionally in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
    • Willingness to travel approximately 10–20%
