CSC's Global Subsidiary Management (GSM) Team provides corporate compliance and governance services to Fortune 500 companies in over 140 countries. As the GSM Fulfillment Team Leader, you will lead and manage a team of Global Support Specialists. Your team will handle company secretarial duties, company law, and other fulfillment functions vital to the GSM business. Working closely with our international offices and business partners, you'll play a crucial role in our global compliance operations. We seek a leader with experience in international compliance, company law, and a solid understanding of international business models. The ideal candidate will be adaptable, ready to embrace change, and guide their team through new technologies to support our business's continuous growth.

  • Team Leadership: Foster an inspiring team environment with open communication.
  • Performance Management: Develop key performance indicators, set clear team goals, monitor performance, and conduct performance reviews.
  • Task Delegation: Delegate tasks effectively, set deadlines, and oversee day-to-day operations.
  • Motivation: Encourage team members to achieve personal and team objectives and organize team-building activities.
  • Recognition: Recognize high performance and reward accomplishments.
  • Productivity and Service: Ensure the highest levels of productivity, service, and client satisfaction.
  • Relationship Building: Develop effective business relationships with leaders, workflow coordinators, and service area experts.
  • Representation: Facilitate team meetings and represent the service area in meetings with other business leaders.
  • Process Improvement: Design and implement process and operational policies.
  • Employee Development: Manage the full spectrum of employee management, development, coaching, and training.
  • Issue Resolution: Listen to team members' feedback and resolve any issues or conflicts.


What technical skills, experience and qualifications is required?

  • Corporate Law Expertise: At least 8+ years of experience in an international context.
  • Leadership Experience: At least 3-5 years of leadership/people management experience.
  • Tech Savvy: Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
  • Mentoring: Proven history of successfully mentoring and developing employees.
  • Performance Metrics: Knowledge of developing and utilizing performance metrics.
  • Proficiency: Strong skills in Microsoft Office.
  • Communication: Effective written and verbal communication skills.
  • Language Skills: Fluency in an additional top language for international business is a plus.
  • Organizational Skills: Proven organizational, time management, change management, and decision-making skills.
  • Analytical Skills: Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
