Responsible for consolidations, cash flows, earnings per share and other reporting projects as necessary. This role has a manager component.

What You'll Do:

  • Maintain the Global Financial System Records for all business units.
  • Coordinate and validate the interface of multiple locations loading monthly results to HFM and Essbase.
  • Manage employee and assign/delegate requests and procedures.
  • Provide Intercompany balancing resolution and support between source ledgers.
  • Identify and track System issues with recommended solutions to drive resolution.
  • Manage offshore Hyperion Administration Team during the month end close process and ongoing project development and testing.
  • Provide support as required for annual and quarterly audits with internal and external auditors.
  • Respond and support inquiries from teams outside Corporate Accounting, including Finance, Treasury, Tax, and Internal Audit.
  • Support system integration projects related to changing business requirements, including mergers/acquisitions and restructuring, including currency translation calculations.
  • Process Reporting Entity Restructuring.
  • Process the Statement of Cash Flow process by utilizing system capabilities within HFM.
  • Process the monthly EPS calculation and loading of information into HFM and Essbase.
  • Assist in the preparation of consolidated income statement variance analyses and other internal financial review documents for Management.
  • Responsible for the proper loading of monthly FX rates used for consolidated translations.
  • Review monthly Reports distributed by the Consolidations Group (e.g. DSO, Capex, and AR)
  • Review of monthly Rollforward Reports (Purchased Intangibles, PP&E, Goodwill, Debt, and Other Assets)
  • Create and Implement System Reports with use of Hyperion Reports.
  • Manage system change requests and account maintenance.
  • Undertake and manage special projects and other reporting needs.

What Experience You Need:

• Certified Public Accountant

• Bachelors or Masters in Accounting

• 6+ years of related experience in accounting (Big 4 or large regional external audit experience preferred)

• Ability to understand and build financial statement requirements and preparation (SEC required)

• Experience with revenue recognition accounting literature

• Ownership of work, multi-tasking and prioritization skillset a must

• Ability to manage multiple projects and financial responsibilities to meet goals and objectives
