Job Description
Keeper Security is hiring a talented Manager of Corporate Training to join the Keeper People Operations team. This is a 100% remote position with an opportunity to work a hybrid schedule for candidates based in the Chicago, IL metro area!
The Manager of Corporate Training is responsible for all non-sales focused learning and development programs across the company and will work closely in tandem with our Manager of Sales Enablement. This position collaborates with multiple departments to align and execute scalable, standardized corporate training and organizational development strategies. The role sits within the People Operations function, reporting to the CHRO.

About the Role
The individual in this role will identify organizational development needs, develop and deliver training programs, assess results, monitor progress, and sustain learning and development programs across the company. Corporate training programs will include leadership development, change management and professional skills development.
As a trusted advisor and program lead, the Manager of Corporate Training will partner with leadership at all levels including other internal teams to translate strategies and soft skills into training programs and resources. This individual will build engaging programs and impactful experiences to empower our internal teams and increase effectiveness in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
The ideal candidate is the perfect blend of both planning and training delivery experience and demonstrates an aptitude for learning new technologies, a continuous improvement and process efficiency mindset, and strong organization, project management, communication and data analysis skills. A successful candidate will have experience in a startup or high-growth technology/SaaS organization.
Responsibilities
- Evaluate the company’s training and professional development needs and design and develop corporate training programs to meet organizational goals
- Partner with HR and key stakeholders to develop and implement generalized enablement initiatives to support our growth strategies and targets
- Partner with HR and leadership to develop/regularly update and implement training plans to support performance management, increase employee engagement and development, management training, soft-skills, DE&I, and other initiatives
- Design and manage a skills program and associated assets success metrics, and calendar that incorporates a blend of methods to maximize retention and adoption (i.e., live training and workshops, self-guided training, peer-to-peer coaching, on-demand tools, job aids, etc.)
- Build and maintain strong relationships to understand business conditions and needs, collaborate effectively, and influence strategies as a thought leader
- Provide coaching and support to leaders in order to elevate management effectiveness
- Collaborate with global colleagues and subject-matter-experts for support and alignment of strategies where appropriate, to ensure cultural awareness, and to continuously develop and share implementation of best practices
- Assess audience demographics and identify the appropriate learning solutions to meet the business needs, including instructor led, blended, experiential, media based, performance support, and other emerging technologies
- Lead the design for all general instructor-led training, development of participant guides, exercises and job aids, optimize and maintain training software
- Develop and manage training matrices, competency matrices, training/learning plans, and training documentation
- Implement assessments and monitor KPIs to measure the effectiveness of learning programs and inform ongoing improvements
- Identify possible mentorship and/or on-the-job training programs
- Partner and collaborate with the Manager of Sales Enablement to develop and deliver sales training and content, on a supplemental basis
- Lead and coordinate training projects with other departments throughout the organization
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent work experience) in organizational development, business communications, human resources management, or similar focus
- 4+ years of experience in corporate training development, technology/SaaS industry preferred
- Current knowledge of effective learning and development methods, including best practices in adult learning
- Experience developing and delivering on-demand, virtual and in-person learning experiences using user-centered design principles
- Ability to work within a team environment and collaborate with all levels of the organization to define, develop and deliver training solutions that align with business needs
- Strong skills in utilizing systems and software with the ability to continuously learn new software applications and resourceful with peers and/or teaching others to use technology
- Excellent organization and time management skills, including the ability to prioritize workload and pivot when needed
- Ability to manage multiple concurrent complex initiatives with cross-functional teams
- Strong critical thinking and attention to detail with the ability to identify gaps in processes, rollout plans and solve for them effectively
- Ability to break down complex concepts and explain them clearly to all audiences
- Excellent problem solver with the ability to manage through ambiguity
- Excellent interpersonal, verbal and written communications skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft, Google Suite, LMS and HRIS
- Ability to travel occasionally to our office locations for in-person training events
- Global work experience with teams across cultures and time zones, preferred
