Role Snapshot

As the Manager of Data Analytics, you will lead a team of 9 to 12 individuals that include data scientists, analysts, and reporting experts to help enable data-driven decision making. Working with cross-functional partners, you will ensure the delivery of intuitive and useful data visualizations, machine learning models, and insights back to the business to drive WPS into the future.

Minimum Qualifications

  • U.S. Citizenship is required for this position due to Department of Defense restrictions
  • Bachelor's degree in related field or equivalent post high school and/or related work experience
  • 3 or more years of related work and leadership experience


Preferred Qualifications

  • 3 or more years of leadership experience specifically within the Data, Data Science, or Analytics
  • Experience using business intelligence tools such as PowerBI, SQL, and Python
  • Experience in claims processing, health insurance, or similar industries
  • Extensive understanding of data and analytical frameworks


Salary Range

$115,000 to $140,000
The base pay offered for this position may vary based on your experience, knowledge, skills,and may fall outside the posted range.Work Location:

Remote Worker Requirements

For remote positions, employee are required to meet remote worker requirements, including a designated work station, a wired (Ethernet) connection to the network, and a minimum of 10Mbps downstream connection with at least 1Mbps upstream (can be checked at https://speedtest.net)

Your Team:The manger will be essential in leading a team of analysts and data scientists to advance WPS by making data-driven decisions. To accomplish this, the team is responsible for providing timely, accurate, and insightful analytical solutions back to the business. The team also plays a critical role in the development of stronger data acumen and analytics maturity.
