About The Role

The Sr Analytics Associate will play a pivotal part in the analytical culture of Invisible. They will be responsible for managing their internal stakeholders, in this case XYZ, driving insights and strategic decisions. Reporting into the Manager of Analytics, the Sr Analytics Associate will use data, data-related products (pipelines, models, dashboards, analyses) and an analytical approach to lead and support the needs of the business. 

What You’ll Do

• Lead a team of infrastructure engineers 
• Set robust data definitions, sources of truth, and nomenclature
• Monitor data integrity and accuracy 
• Manage our data pipelines 
• Maintain and optimize data transformation layer and data models 
• Ensure efficient data processing and resourcing 
• Build data pipelines between different systems (eg. ERP, HRIS, CRM, etc.) 
• Manage data permissions 
• Write and enforce company-wide data policies  

What We Need

• 6+ years of  experience in a data architecture, data infrastructure, data warehousing, or analytics engineering role
• 3+ years of experience managing a team of engineers, architects,and/ or analysts 
• Experience with modern tech stack for analytics / BI 
• Ability to translate business needs to optimal data structure 
• Experience setting the data architecture for external systems 
• Proficient in SQL
• Proficient in Python for data pipelines and analytics

Compensation: 

• Base: $195,000 
• Base + Bonus Target:$260,000 
• This role is eligible to participate in Invisible’s equity plan.

The amount listed above is the expected annual base salary for this role, subject to change.
