Manager of Event Production

Peloton Studios New York is located in the heart of Manhattan West and Peloton Studios London is located in the heart of Covent Garden. The Studios are a destination for members to meet our world class instructors and the Peloton community in person! Members can experience LIVE production ranging from cycling, tread, yoga, and more. The Manager of Event Production will lead the production management of Shoots, Special Programming, Special Member Classes and Additional projects onsite and offsite as we grow!

• Provide high-level member support and hospitality to members.
• Lead a team consisting of an Event Production Coordinator in London and one in New York
• Responsible for developing process, response and execution of Shoots, Special Programming, Special Member Classes, Onsite and Offsite Productions and Events.
• Act as liaison between the events team and internal/external partners to execute events and programming ranging from 10 members to several thousand members
• Assist in managing onsite and offsite instructor activation events
• Coordinate with leadership on blackout dates for specific classes on schedule.
• Build structure and process to receive production requests
• Create templates of studio and remote events, shoots and programming, and Run of Shows that can be activated quickly and efficiently
• Coordinator with outside vendors to ensure a smooth production
• Responsible for end to end budget management, communication, and execution
• Approve any special requests for productions and manage any unforeseen complications
• Act as key stakeholder and lead in large scale organizational events being held at the studios
• Create Global consistency with events in London and New York
• Coordinate with the team to set up in Peloton owned spaces that may require additional supervision 
• Proactively seek ways to improve the event process through feedback from previous events and implementing into future events.
• Take on and build templates for future events and productions

• College degree preferred
• 3-5 years of working experience in event or production management
• 2+ years in live broadcast, apparel, or event organizations
• Outstanding organizational skills and attention to detail
• Strong follow up and verbal communication skills
• Outstanding member support and problem solving skills
• Must have a friendly and professional phone and email etiquette
• Able to work a flexible schedule that includes weekends, holidays, early morning and late evening weekdays, adapting to meet the needs of the business
• Must have a positive, can-do attitude
