Global Account Management Responsibilities
The Manager of Global Services is responsible for managing all aspects of global account(s) assigned to include contract negotiation, program implementation, savings, policy alignment, recommendations, enhancements, reporting, and overall advisory and management. Additionally, this position will deliver business planning and reviews, and establishing relationships with key stakeholders in multiple regions. Responsible for strategic management of assigned portfolio by delivering all core global account management components and value-added services. Will interact with stakeholders with a focus on benchmarks, KPMs and KPIs. This position also has responsibility for client retention, profitability of the account portfolio, growth and overall customer satisfaction.

Manager of Global Services
Global Account Management Responsibilities
The Manager of Global Services is responsible for managing all aspects of global account(s) assigned to include contract negotiation, program implementation, savings, policy alignment, recommendations, enhancements, reporting, and overall advisory and management. Additionally, this position will deliver business planning and reviews, and establishing relationships with key stakeholders in multiple regions. Responsible for strategic management of assigned portfolio by delivering all core global account management components and value-added services. Will interact with stakeholders with a focus on benchmarks, KPMs and KPIs. This position also has responsibility for client retention, profitability of the account portfolio, growth and overall customer satisfaction.
- Serves as business owner and interacts on a regular basis with clients' travel managers, executive directors, and senior management
- Working with client to identify short-term and long-term objectives and outline solutions to achieve objectives
- Review and analyze client data and present strategic recommendations on an ongoing basis and create action plan to implement each program objective with actions and timelines
- Plan and execute quarterly business reviews and one annual, c-level strategic business review
- Develop Service Level Agreements for Service, Savings, Program Performance, Technology and Communication requirements
- Working with Supplier Relations, evaluate success of client preferred supplier programs, assess and recommend areas for improvement
- Assures client retention by working with internal partners to the satisfaction of client stakeholders
- Assist with development and maintenance of strategic global account management and supplier relationships
- Coordinates all internal resources to ensure the fulfillment of all service components and delivery of value-added services, products and tools
- Provide weekly updates on accounts via Dynamics weekly to include any escalations for Director to prioritize.
- Assist with Jira ticket management for Global accounts.
Specific Duties:
- Assist Director with team member quarterly performance appraisals
- Attend team leadership calls
- Actively participate in department team meetings
- Lead team calls by having one on one meetings with direct reports
- Weekly calls with Director
- Assist Director to enhance execution of account management
- Other duties/special projects as assigned
ADTRAV Global Partner Program Responsibilities
- Host weekly calls with internal Global Services Executives
- Partner with Global Implementations team for all partner interaction needed during initial account setup
- Ongoing training with partners TMC's around the globe
- Vetting new partner TMC's on behalf of ADTRAV if/when needed
- Maintain Global Scorecard
- Spearhead creating and maintaining internal and external processes for global program
- Increase revenue through partner opportunities to utilize ADTRAV technology for their clients
- Other duties/special projects as assigned
