About the Role

The mission of our Implementation team is to ensure great customer outcomes through collecting and analyzing customer data and listening to customer feedback throughout the implementation phase. The team provides insights into effective onboarding and retention strategies and delivers critical inputs to the product roadmap. The Manager of Implementation's primary responsibility will be leading a team of Implementation Specialists, coordinating with cross-functional teams, and implementing new systems, processes, or products to ensure that they are integrated seamlessly into existing operations.

What You’ll Do

  • Build and lead a high-performing team that readily assists customers and colleagues across the organization to support and deliver a world-class implementation experience.
  • Provide training, coaching, mentorship, and professional development opportunities to ensure the team is meeting individual and team metrics.
  • Conduct weekly one on ones with each team member to discuss customer and project assignments, process improvement, goal management, and performance. 
  • Utilize internal CRM software to track the progress of all customers in the implementation pipeline and to manage team capacity and project assignments. 
  • Collaborate with leaders in Sales, Product, Marketing, Customer Success Management, and Support to strategize, design and implement processes that elevate the customer experience and achieve results  aligned with company goals

What You Bring:

  • 3+ years of professional management experience, particularly in a fast-growing environment
  • 3+ years of experience in effectively prioritizing and executing tasks in a high-pressure environment
  • Minimum 3 years managing client onboarding, implementation, and/or training experience in the software industry.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel, including formulas and functions
  • Highly motivated self-starter with the capability to take initiative.
