As the Manager of Information Technology, you will be responsible for supporting the direction of the IT strategic plan as well as overseeing AACSB's help desk, network infrastructure and staff IT training initiatives. How You Will Contribute:

  • Provide strategic help desk oversight and serve as the product owner for the support ticketing platform.
  • Monitor Service Level Agreements (SLAs) within the help desk to ensure compliance.
  • Monitor the help desk queue and assign tickets as necessary.
  • Act as an escalation point for junior staff members.
  • Monitor help desk satisfaction and outline improvement plans, as appropriate.
  • Maintain staff satisfaction tool(s).
  • Create and maintain network topology documentation and drawings.
  • Procure IT tech purchases in accordance with Budget allowance.
  • Manage Azure Active Directory.
  • Provision users in Office 365, maintain licensing, and create distribution lists, groups, and contacts.
  • Oversee SSO integrations between Azure Active Directory and Applications.
  • Create and maintain backups for disaster recovery, including maintenance of documents and drawing.
  • Install, configure, and maintain firewalls and wireless security.
  • Develop IT training for staff.

Requirements

  • Fluency in English language
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications applicable to position
  • Three (3) years professional IT experience as a help desk manager or in a technical support role for IT infrastructure
  • Intermediate level proficiency with Microsoft 365 Administration
  • Comfortable working in a culturally diverse, global environment

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree in a related field obtained through an accredited college or university
  • Five (5) years professional IT experience as a help desk manager or in a technical support role
  • Knowledge of technical management, information analysis and computer hardware/software systems
  • Microsoft 365 Certified
