To help us achieve our ambitious mission, we are now searching for a Manager of IT Support Services to join our team in Rolle.
The Manager of IT Support Services is responsible for developing the organization's IT support strategies and manages the overall performance of people and processes to achieve the highest levels of user and customer satisfaction. They will have significant interaction with members of our leadership team to implement the organization's strategy.
Responsibilities:

  • Lead the IT Services team
  • Oversee the adoption of the services department's vision, goals and objectives at all levels.
  • Oversee and determine key strategic direction.
  • Drives necessary changes for the improvement of operations.
  • Conducts performance measures in place to monitor the services performance processes.
  • Ensures that the services activities are seen to deliver measurable and significant value and meet customer loyalty targets.
  • Develop, implement, and monitor key metrics for the organization.
  • Establish and monitor employee goals and objectives
  • Perform team capacity planning and ensure adequate staffing of projects and high-quality service delivery through recruiting, onboarding, and training of new and existing team members.


Requirements

  • Advanced degree in Computer Science or others related field
  • More than 5 years working experience in Computer Science or Software Engineering, or other related field; first experience in people management is a plus
  • People manager experience is a plus
  • ITSM products & processes knowledge
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Azure landscape and tools
  • Prior experience managing MacOS environments
  • Proficient with Microsoft O365 Suite
  • Strong communication, presentation, decision making, time management, organizational, and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to drive positive change and influence enhanced performance
  • Operate in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with a focus on generating high-quality results
  • Strong leadership skills & Customer-centric
  • Must be fluent in English
