We are seeking a Manager of Master Data Integrity to join our lean and agile team. This role will work out of our Mesa, Arizona location at 7943 E. Ray Rd, STE 129, Mesa, AZ 85212. This primary focus of this role is to ensures the timely and accurate maintenance of ERP data for the above data objects and coordination with the master data owners and stakeholders across the organization.

General Requirements

• Work cross functionally to support and develop business processes and associated ERP/MRP configurations to support EMV's Business operating system
• Material Master record creation, change, and discontinuation
• Manufacturing Bill of Material record creation, change and deactivation
• Customer Master record creation, change and deactivation
• Supplier Master record creation, change and deactivation
• Merchandising note (product assembly instructions)
• Coordination and Support of master data workflow with data owners across functional boundaries, including AP, AR, PPDS, IS, Sales, Marketing and Operations
• Maintenance and support of Master Data templates and interface with ERP
• Track master data aging and troubleshoot bottlenecks to ensure timely completion
• Daily communication of master data status to stakeholders
• Track Product Life Cycle and accurately represent material statuses of all products and components for both planning and inventory reserve analytics
• Provide guidance and direction to cross functional team members
• Ensure the proper training and effectiveness of cross functional team members with respected to master data governance

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in information technology, computer science, management information systems, business, finance, or in a related field preferred
• 8-10 years' experience managing complex data systems in a similar industry
• ERP master data ownership
• Solid knowledge of relevant business processes and their integration with enterprise systems
• Superb collaboration, communication, and presentation skills
• Exceptional analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Flexibility to work within and learn multiple enterprise applications
• Advanced ability to manage projects and provide leadership
