We are searching for an experienced Manager of Product Management who will provide leadership to members of the UKG Pro Talent Management product team at UKG. Reporting to and working with the Director of Product for this offering, you will oversee the tactical operations of the team and help remove impediments. You are skilled at serving and partnering with key stakeholders - from internal users to customers to service and support teams. You have a passion for working with products that will assist in delivering a vision to help our customers and our internal organizations execute our overall UKG vision. The Manager of Product Management defines and evangelizes the overall strategy and vision for the product portfolio. You understand the customer and market needs and drive development priorities to maximize the product value.

UKG Pro Career Designer is a new offering that leverages our integrated, people-centered technology to empower employees to grow and diversify their career within their organization. Built for greater collaboration and accountability, Career Designer consists of intuitive tools to illuminate a path forward for our customers' employees to feel fulfilled, motivated, and attain the career they have always wanted.

Primary Duties and Responsibilities • Handle day-to-day activities of leading the Product team's multiple workstreams includes overseeing and improving processes to ensure on time delivery of quality offerings • Supports definition of the product strategy and direction of investment as it relates to a product in the Talent Management value stream • Articulates clear product vision aligned to the overall strategy for the portfolio • Report periodically on the status of the offering, raising major impediments or risks • Onboard new team members, whether full-time employees or consultants • Coordinate with other managers across the organization to establish and maintain alignment • Drives the roadmap and empowers the team of product owners, business analysts and development to fully own and develop the features • Fosters a strong product culture for the entire team based in best practices

Qualifications

Required/minimum• Bachelor's Degree in a business or technology discipline or equivalent combination of education and experience and 5+ years of software Product Management experience • 1+ years of experience leading Product teams in a management role • Ability to work collaboratively across functional boundaries and across multiple organizational levels to drive results • Ability to manage multiple concurrent projects that cross functional boundaries and organizational levels to completion • Ability to be onsite 3 days per week in our Weston FL office

Preferred • Functional and technical knowledge of HCM, Payroll and/or Talent products • Experience with Agile SAFE development methodology • Experience establishing successful partner relationships with both technical and business user communities • HR Certification/s (e.g., PHR, SHRM-CP)
