Job Description
Job Summary
The Manager of Allied Recruitment increases the utilization AMN's Staffing and Managed Services by expanding the candidate database through active recruitment, deploying consultative selling strategies, and delivering timely customer service in order to achieve regional revenue and profit contribution targets ultimately increasing market share.
Job Responsibilities
- Researches and develops multiple viable recruitment strategies in multiple geographies to produce a long term, quality and diverse global candidate pipeline for the division.
- Responsible for meeting and exceeding all KPI's for the Recruitment division, contracts (in line with quarterly goals and budget).
- Measures and tracks In and Outbound phone calls, interviews, contracts signed, English passers and files handed off to Immigration within the specified timelines.
- Manages the On-Hold report (Entree) to ensure all qualified applicants are being advanced through the process in a timely manner (to be reviewed in weekly one on one meetings).
- Performs weekly one on one meetings to gauge performance and implement coaching and development where necessary (including disciplinary action where needed).
- Designs, tracks, and reviews overall recruitment in order to grow Allied Candidate pipeline. Report status of Candidate Pipeline to SDRO monthly.
- Communicates goals for the recruitment team according to Operations plan in order to hold team members accountable to performance expectations.
- Develops, researches and implements sourcing and marketing campaign strategies using Pardot in addition to external sources to target nursing candidates.
Education
- Bachelor's Degree | Preferred
Minimum Work Experience
- 5+ years of experience in inside sales.
- Healthcare staffing.
- Experience in a team lead or supervisory role.
