We are searching for an experienced Manager of Product Management who will provide leadership to members of the Recruiting team at UKG. Reporting to and working with the Director of Product for Talent Acquisition, this person will oversee the tactical operations of the team and help remove impediments. This individual thrives on building great products and enjoys working in an agile environment to lead product teams from ideation to delivery. This individual is skilled at serving and partnering with key stakeholders - from internal users to customers to service and support teams. This person has a passion for working with products that are critical to UKG and that will assist in delivering a product vision to help our customers and our internal organizations execute our overall UKG vision.

The Manager of Product Management defines and evangelizes the overall strategy and vision for the product portfolio. They understand the customer and market needs and drive development priorities to maximize the product value.

Responsibilities • Handle day-to-day activities of leading the Product team's multiple workstreams includes overseeing and improving processes to ensure on time delivery of quality offerings• Supports definition of the product strategy and direction of investment as it relates to a product in the Talent Acquisition value stream• Articulates clear product vision aligned to the overall strategy for the portfolio• Report periodically on the status of the offering, raising major impediments or risks• Onboard new team members, whether full-time employees or consultants• Coordinate with other managers across the organization to establish and maintain alignment• Drives the roadmap and empowers the team of product owners, business analysts and development to fully own and develop the features• Fosters a strong product culture for the entire team based in best practices

Qualifications

Qualifications:• 3-5+ years of technology Product Management experience• 2+ years of experience leading Product teams in a management role

Preferred• 1-3+ years knowledge of SAAS product management and HCM experience• Strong written and oral communication skills• Experience with Agile SAFE development methodology• Comfortable and experienced presenting to various audiences and levels• Experience working with both technical and business user communities• Strong use of analytics, user research and business cases to drive decisions and improve products
