We are currently seeking a Manager, Sales Enablement to join our team in our office in Suburban Houston (Sugar Land, TX), who is highly passionate and motivated to change the Construction Industry for the better using data and technology. Joining the Revenue Operations team, you will manage the assessment, consolidation and refinement of our sales content, methodology and onboarding program. You will work with sales, marketing, and product teams to ensure that all sales enablement materials are aligned with our goals, strategy and messaging. Your top goals will include increasing sales productivity and empowering sales leaders and teams to adopt proven sales methodologies and tactics to win more.
Your main goals will be:
  • Create, plan, organize, and deliver engaging and effective coaching programs for sales.
  • Assess the current enablement content and tailor the narrative as needed for the Sales organization, determining content, research and training requirements
  • Refine, align, and implement a sales methodology to drive consistent, scalable results across the sales team.
  • Develop a scalable onboarding program to ensure that new sales hires are equipped with the skills needed to be successful in their roles as quickly as possible.
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to develop sales enablement materials such as presentations, case studies, sales playbooks, battle cards, and training materials.
  • Implement and work cross-functionally to manage enablement tooling strategies and content with our Education Services and Product organization.
  • Work with sales leadership to gather business requirements and devise strategies that drive go-to-market processes and sales productivity improvements
  • Execute targeted programs to drive business through new logo acquisition, customer expansion and cross-sell/upsell targets.
  • Measure and improve adoption of sales enablement programs to ensure sellers have the tools they need to be successful.
  • Build and manage the sales enablement tooling and systems for a scalable and programmatic motion through tools such as XXX, XXX, SFDC and XXX
  • Be an advocate for change and drive and improvements with Sales leadership.

You bring:
  • 7 years of experience in sales enablement, sales training, or sales operations (or combined) preferably at a SaaS or B2B organization.
  • Proven experience building, executing, and measuring the success of sales training programs. Such programs will have driven clear improvements in the Sales process, practices, and execution.
  • Project management skills, to prioritize and lead multiple initiatives simultaneously.
  • Collaboration skills, to build relationships with team members at all levels.
  • Keen ability to produce and analyze data to guide insights and make decisions.
  • Experience with content management systems, sales enablement tools, and learning management systems.
  • Familiarity with sales methodologies such as MEDDIC, Challenger, SPIN selling and/or Value based selling.
  • Knowledge and understanding of instructional design process, program design principles, and practices.
  • Experience in delivering sales training programs in one-to-one settings, traditional classroom formats, and web-based platforms.
  • Highly skilled in using tools and technical knowledge to analyze data to develop insights and make decisions and drive actions based on those insights.
