We are looking for a Manager of Sales Strategy and Operations to join our growing global Business Operations organization based in Boston. As the senior strategist of the RevOps team at a hypergrowth SaaS company, you will use your experience analyzing the business daily, building processes, finding ways to optimize, and analyzing go-to-market motions across the entire sales funnel from user generation all the way to renewal. Your work will support a growing 100+ GTM team, and will help overachieve revenue goals. As a partner to the management team, you'll constantly have your finger on the pulse of the business, and will build connections across Sales, Support, CS, Marketing and Growth. Reporting to the Director, Revenue Operations, you will serve as the right-hand to the sales leadership team to ensure we're constantly adhering to SaaS best practices while adapting to an evolving business.

We are looking for a Manager of Sales Strategy and Operations to join our growing global Business Operations organization based in Boston. As the senior strategist of the RevOps team at a hypergrowth SaaS company, you will use your experience analyzing the business daily, building processes, finding ways to optimize, and analyzing go-to-market motions across the entire sales funnel from user generation all the way to renewal. Your work will support a growing 100+ GTM team, and will help overachieve revenue goals. As a partner to the management team, you'll constantly have your finger on the pulse of the business, and will build connections across Sales, Support, CS, Marketing and Growth. Reporting to the Director, Revenue Operations, you will serve as the right-hand to the sales leadership team to ensure we're constantly adhering to SaaS best practices while adapting to an evolving business.
You will:
- Constantly analyze revenue, looking for ways to accelerate
- Optimize processes in conjunction with the RevOps team
- Project-manage and lead key areas such as territory management and team segmentation
- Serve as the owner of Rules of Engagement
- Work closely with marketing and growth to stay ahead of traffic trends and advise on where to place resources
- Be a master of "The Funnel", analyzing and understanding conversion rates from User to lead, lead to demo, demo to opportunity, etc
- Advise on how to structure commission plans that support the OKRs of the business
- Pull ad-hoc reports for senior leaders and build impactful analyses and decks to steer the direction of the GTM team
- Play an integral role in headcount planning, team structure, and budgeting with FP&A
You are/have:
- A detail-oriented SaaS Revenue Guru - Your entrepreneurial attitude and technical abilities allow you to see the business from a spreadsheet and a practical perspective. You get SaaS, and are familiar with how to penetrate new markets, expand revenue, and manage churn
- A bold, action-oriented entrepreneur - You find problems, bottlenecks, etc., and propose solutions
- A deep understanding of a growth company: You can draw on experience watching companies grow to $100m in revenue
- A connector - Lusha operates globally, and you will be working with both the Tel Aviv and Boston Offices. You can operate in a multi-cultural environment and collaborate effectively
- Detail Oriented - You document everything: playbooks, processes, rules of engagement, etc., in a manner that is succinct and easy to understand by all
- A person who gets stuff done - You love collaborating internally, and you're business-savvy with a can-do attitude, impeccable integrity, and organizational standards
- Analytical - At Lusha we measure everything. You'll analyze our GTM strategy constantly, tweaking how we approach inbound, outbound and expansion opportunities
Requirements:
- 3+ years Sales Operations/Rev Ops
- Strong executive presence, with comfort presenting to senior leadership
- A mastery of churn management and the renewal cycle
- Familiar with Product-Led-Growth (PLG) and Outbound sales cycles
- Technical mastery of salesforce, and familiarity with Tableau as well as BI tools
- Globally-minded with the ability to communicate and relate with people across the globe
- Self-starter, results-oriented, process-oriented, and entrepreneurial
- Willing to travel to our HQ in Tel Aviv on occasion
