About the role

We’re looking for a Learning & Development Lead to join Rokt’s GTM team! This is a new role at Rokt tasked with developing and delivering world-class new hire training and ongoing development of our GTM teammates. We are looking for a seasoned L&D professional who can reinvent our program and help us scale on our path towards becoming a public company. This person will design trainings for both new hires and existing teammates, help us onboard and build an LMS, create benchmarks and assessments, and improve productivity across our GTM organization.

Responsibilities

  • Designing and implementing revamped new hire training programs.
  • Creatively assess and measure technical knowledge and performance on the job, for multiple roles, using a variety of evaluation techniques.
  • Create and deliver interactive online scenario based learning programs, which practice real-life challenges in a fun and engaging way.
  • Leverage your technical expertise in the areas of instructional design, ecommerce, and digital advertising to develop engaging and realistic training scenarios that assess practical application of technical knowledge and skills on the job.
  • Develop, launch, maintain and optimize technical training content, exercises, and accompanying resource materials which support the training/accreditation programs you design.
  • Partner with GTM leadership and cross-functional teams to identify technical learning gaps, support feedback loops for organizational efficiencies and ensure assessment programs align with expected roles & responsibilities, key business strategies and internal processes.
  • Develop post-training accountability modules for managers and leaders to help sustain technical learning and codify technical best practices across their teams.
  • Help select, implement, and leverage an LMS to effectively deploy, manage and measure learning and assessment programs.
  • Analyze response data, report clear program benchmarks aligned to strategic sales priorities, and provide scalable recommendations for improvements.
  • Project manage and maintain new and existing programs in a timely way, ensuring content is always relevant, accurate and accessible.

Requirements

  • 8+ years work experience with 5+ years working in learning & development, instructional design, or sales enablement, with a bias towards working with sales / gtm organizations.
  • Proficiency in building comprehensive assessments and interactive learning programs, using eLearning authoring tools and/or video/audio production tools, without additional support, from start to finish.
  • Highly skilled at adapting information from a variety of sources, without requiring past knowledge or background on the topic, into easy-to-understand learning resources.
  • Excellent test/question writing, copy editing, and general written/ verbal communication skills.
  • Experience administering LMS and Sales Enablement Platforms and tools to scale programs globally across large teams.
  • Must have a bias to action and the ability to take a large list of requests and requirements and break them down into actionable incremental steps to deliver value quickly.
  • Comfortable navigating ambiguity and working with insufficient information/resources
  • A self-starter who is eager to build
