The Salesforce Platform Manager has mastery of Sales & Service Cloud, Communities, analytics and will act as the CRM subject matter expert enabling critical business processes with application capabilities. The Manager will work closely with the end user community to design and build solutions in Salesforce that will support the key stakeholders. The manager will ensure the solution keeps pace with changes in operations, policies and procedures.

The Salesforce Platform Manager has mastery of Sales & Service Cloud, Communities, analytics and will act as the CRM subject matter expert enabling critical business processes with application capabilities. The Manager will work closely with the end user community to design and build solutions in Salesforce that will support the key stakeholders. The manager will ensure the solution keeps pace with changes in operations, policies and procedures.
What you'll do
- Develop strategy and positioning of the SF platform for use by Sales, CEG, Marketing and Operations. Evaluating business needs against platform functionality.
- Work with end user groups to develop roadmaps and requirements for additional/improved functionality. Responsible for designing, building and implementing such plans.
- Coordinate with broader IT team to integrate SF platform/data with other IT platforms/data warehouses as required by the business's initiatives. Ensure data security meets company standards.
- Setup and maintain dashboards, reports, forms, templates, custom objects, object relationships, fields and layouts.
- Manage ongoing system administration (maintaining user roles, security settings, profiles, work-flow rules and data integrity). Monitor and resolve issues/bug fixes.
- Develop and maintain relationship with SF account representatives and related product representatives (i.e. Communities, CRM Tableau, Conga, Prolifiq, Outreach, etc.)
- Create and maintain documentation on processes, policies, application configuration and training materials for users.
- Lead and manage Salesforce administration staff in support of above functions.
- All other duties as assigned.
What you'll bring
- Bachelor's or associate degree with preferred major in Business or Information Technology.
- Salesforce certifications required.
- 7- 10 years of strong technical and functional experience with Salesforce.com.
- Working Knowledge of Apex/Visualforce/Wave Analytics Mastery of Sales Operations, CPQ and Customer Service business processes.
- Experience with Salesforce Communities preferred.
- Subject Matter Expert (SME) on operations/processes/configuration of Salesforce.
- Desire to develop, lead and manage team of internal Salesforce administration staff.
- Protect and take care of our company and member's data every day by committing to work within our company ethics and policies.
- Strong administrative/technical skills; Comfort working on a PC using Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint), IM/video conferencing (Teams & Zoom), and telephones efficiently.
