Manager of Sustainability - Remote

Job Overview
TE Connectivity's Environmental Health & Safety Teams ensure and monitor safety in the workplace. This includes the application and communication of health, safety and hazardous material standards, procedures and practices consistent with TE, environmental and government regulations.
Please note: This position may involve working with technical data, technology, software/source code, hardware, or other items (collectively "items) subject to U.S. and non-U.S. export control laws and regulations. Under these regulations, it may be necessary for TE to verify a candidate's national origin and/or citizenship status to determine whether a U.S. or other government export license is required prior to releasing its technologies to the candidate. If TE determines that TE will require a license or will be prohibited by applicable laws from providing the candidate with items necessary for the performance of this position, then TE expressly reserves the right to either a) make an offer of employment contingent upon TE receiving required export licenses from the appropriate government agency, b) consider the candidate for a different position that is not subject to such restrictions, on whatever terms and conditions TE shall establish in its sole discretion, or c) decline to move forward with the candidate's application
What your background should look like:
- Undergraduate degree in sustainability or engineering or science degree
- Hands-on experience calculating product carbon footprint, environmental life cycle assessment, circular economy, or product stewardship/product compliance
- Minimum of 7 years of sustainability or equivalent professional experiences
- Fluent in English and have excellent oral and written communication skills
- Be able to work with stakeholders located in different countries and time zones
- Ability to travel at rate estimated to be 40-50%

- Strong commitment to improve sustainability performance and drive timely and accuracy of reporting
- Experienced in working and collaborating with a global cross functional team
- Ability to communicate effectively with various stakeholders

- Ability to analyze and prioritize needs and solve problem
- Ability to conduct data analysis
