Manager of Talent Operations
Job Description
Our Manager of Talent Operations will contribute in significant ways to the company’s overall success, proactively focusing on operational efficiencies that drive recruiting, employee engagement, and retention. You will collaborate across the company, develop, and execute detailed plans to help ensure we meet and exceed our annual business priorities.Â
In this role, you will:Â
- Lead and manage HR Systems and Processes, People Analytics and Insights, New Employee Onboarding, and administer our company wide Employee Referral Program
- Ensure accurate and up-to-date process documentation of key HR and Talent processes Â
- Deliver timely and meaningful data to our Leaders; Evolve our data set and insights; Ensure data integrity and assist in user training
- Develop and execute an engaging New Employee Onboarding experience differentiating Two Six Technologies; Evolve processes as market and expectations shift
- Ensure our Employee Referral program is administered effectively promoting engagement in theÂ
program impacting recruiting and retention of talent - Work closely with leaders across all corporate functions and Business Units to deliver on key objectives; Partner with the Brand Manager and Internal Communications Lead as needed to effectively communicate and promote processes, changes, requirements, and training, etc.
- Identify and partner with external vendors and consultants to execute successfully on annual objectives
To be Successful in this role you will need:Â
- Analytical Skills: Examine issues, determine root causes, problem solve in a collaborative team environmentÂ
- Communications Skills: Explain our systems and solutions in simple termsÂ
- Interpersonal Skills: Strong relationship-building skills to engage leaders and employees across the company
Minimum Qualifications:
- 5 years of working experience with HR and Talent systems & processes
- 5 years of Project Management Experience: Develop and execute detailed plans; report out progress, risks, and derailers
