Summary

The Chobani People Team is seeking a skilled and experienced Program/Project Manager specializing in Compensation and Benefits to join our People Total Rewards Team. Working in a fast-paced environment, this role will be responsible for overseeing and managing various initiatives, ensuring they align with organizational objectives and meet the needs of our diverse workforce. From time to time, this role also supports project and program needs. A background in compensation, benefits, project management, process improvement and vendor management are desired, with the ability to drive initiatives from conception to implementation. This position will also evaluate market best practice tools, trends and determining relevance for Chobani.

Responsibilities

  • Project Management Infrastructure: Responsible for defining and developing PM framework, templates, tools and record/document management approach (SharePoint/Shared Drives)
  • Project Planning: Responsible for planning compensation and benefits projects, including defining project scope, objectives, timelines, and resource allocation. This may involve collaborating with HR leadership, technology teams, finance teams, and other stakeholders to ensure alignment with goals
  • Risk Management/Compliance: Ensuring that compensation and benefits programs comply with relevant laws and regulations, such as the Family Medical Leave Act (FMLA), Affordable Care Act (ACA), Pay Transparency Laws, etc. This involves staying updated on changes in legislation and working closely with legal and compliance teams to mitigate risk
  • Vendor Management: Establishing and maintaining relationships with external vendors such as insurance providers, retirement plan administrators, and compensation consultants. This includes managing RFP processes with Procurement, negotiating contracts, evaluating service levels, and ensuring vendor compliance with agreed-upon terms and standards and within budget. Partnering with Legal for contract reviews and approvals is required
  • Change Management: Facilitating organizational change related to compensation and benefits initiatives, including developing and implementing communication plan, addressing concerns or changes needed, and supporting adoption of new policies or programs
  • Compensation & Benefits Analyst: Support compensation and benefits activities where additional resource needs are critical
  • Supports other related duties as assigned

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Finance, or related field; Master's degree or professional certification (e.g., CCP, CBP) preferred
  • 8+ years of experience in compensation and benefits administration, with a focus on project management and analysis
  • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data, identify trends, and make data-driven recommendations
  • In-depth knowledge of compensation principles, practices, and regulatory requirements
  • Familiarity with benefits programs and administration, including healthcare, retirement, and wellness initiatives
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage and collaborate with stakeholders at all levels of the organization
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and HRIS systems; experience with compensation and benefits software/tools preferred
  • Ability to travel from time to time to other office locations, for training and/or business meetings

Compensation Range: $108,000.00 - $162,000.00, plus bonus.
