We are seeking an equally passionate Onboarding and Employee Experience Manager who will be a champion of PosiGen's culture, leading the optimization of our onboarding programs as well as various employee engagement efforts throughout the employee lifecycle.

Salary range is $75,000 - $85,000

As the Onboarding and Employee Engagement Manager, you will create an engaging, fun, and informative onboarding process that enables new employees to connect with each other, their colleagues, and PosiGen overall. You will provide critical support to candidates, hiring managers, internal HR and business stakeholders as it relates to an employee's initial experiences at PosiGen. Essential job duties include:

  • Lead the ongoing development and delivery of effective onboarding and orientation programs and experience that drive retention, engagement and effective skills development.
  • Collaborates with HR and other department team members to ensure that all aspects of pre-boarding (new-hire paperwork, IT provisioning, etc.)  are completed in an efficient and timely manner, enabling employees a smooth start
  • Develop and implement a comprehensive Onboarding process that ensures a productive and engaging Day 1, Week 1, 30, 60, 90 and 180 day employee experience, where feedback is sought and evaluated for continuous improvement on the onboarding and orientation experience.
  • Determines how to best leverage technology to automate, personalize, and streamline the onboarding process for all stakeholders.
  • Works in collaboration with PosiGen Hiring Managers to customize programs specific to the new team members’ roles, job responsibilities and locations including shadowing existing employees in similar as well as cross-functional roles

This is a HYBRID position that can be located out of any of PosiGen's offices in Louisiana, Massachusetts, Connecticut, New Jersey or Pennsylvania. Some travel is required.

Education/Experience

  • BA/BSc Degree in Education, Human Resources, Business or Organizational Development or demonstrated experience in a similar business environment preferred
  • PHR, SHRM or other certification preferred 
  • 2+ years of progressive experience in HR, Training or Organization Development or equivalent 
  • Strong computer skills, which includes experience with Google Workspace, ADP or other HRIS system, or similar programs
