Manager, Operational Compliance

The Manager, Compliance works with the Director, Operational Compliance to develop and conduct processes for airport operations to ensure compliance with existing policies, procedures and regulations. Internally, you’ll support Operational Compliance’s efforts to develop and formalize CLEARs playbooks and policy management process to ensure consistent and efficient information sharing. 

What you'll do:

• Cultivate a best-in-class security culture across CLEARs airport operations by leveraging audit, compliance and inspection principles to ensure security remains job-one in CLEAR operations
• Create and execute strategies and policies to promote CLEAR as a trusted partner within the Aviation Security Community
• Cultivate relationships with aviation partners and regulators; expediently react and proactively plan to minimize reputational risk
• Help develop and implement a dynamic quality assurance program to ensure an outstanding security posture

• Strengthen external partnerships on a go-forward basis
• Conduct inspections of operational security events and assist in the collection, processing, preservation, and analysis remediations
• Creation and support of internal policy to to address existing and possible security vulnerabilities

What you're great at:

• Expertise in managing regulatory programs including compliance and audit activities
• Exceptional writing and public speaking skills
• Strong relationship building skills
• Proven experience with aviation and interfacing with public/private security agencies
• Planning and organization

The base salary range for this role is $65,000 - $85,000, depending on levels of skills and experience.

The base salary range represents the low and high end of CLEAR’s salary range for this position. Salaries will vary depending on various factors which include, but are not limited to location, education, skills, experience and performance. The range listed is just one component of CLEAR’s total compensation package for employees and other rewards may include annual bonuses, commission, Restricted Stock Units
