Job Description:

Fixed Shift: Mondays to Fridays (9am to 6pm)

This position will be hired for our specialty group, Converge & based at Converge Singapore HQ (Cj Logistics Building)

What You'll Be Doing

• Manage employees and processes related to the order fulfillment process for a segment of, or the entire, distribution center.
• Work with supervisors, leads and employees to meet and exceed service level and quality, and productivity goals.
• Identify ways to reduce costs while improving efficiencies and quality, which may involve utilization of CPI processes.
• Develop, manage staff, including resource allocation.
• Analyzes and implements process improvements.
• Review financials for areas of improvement.
• Customer problem resolution and request
• Other duties as assigned.

What We Are Looking For

• Possess a minimum of 6-8 year of work experience in managing warehouse and logistics operations, preferably in electronics industry.
• Proven track record of good leadership experience.
• Capable to drive department productivity and improvement projects.
• Strong knowledge of shipping incoterm.
• Good ISO, TAPA and EHS knowledge.
• Good English communication.
