Strive Care PartnersÂ
Strive Care Partners (SCP) is a dedicated business unit within Strive Health that partners with nephrologists to share and succeed in global risk contracts with payors. SCP will benefit patients with chronic kidney disease (CKD) and end stage kidney disease (ESKD) through a comprehensive, patient-centered approach that enhances lives and local communities. SCP develops local market Management Service Organizations (MSOs) that aggregate networks of nephrologists and provide them with the tools necessary to be successful in managing risk on their patients. Specifically, SCP delivers primary care services, specialized clinical programs, data integration and analytics, care teams, and administrative support services – all embedded within the nephrologist’s practice. SCP contracts with local market payors on the nephrologists’ behalf to take global risk on their CKD and ESRD patients and provides nephrologists with meaningful short-term and long-term financial incentives, including participation in shared savings and equity-based programs. Â
Manager, Operations Enablement
Responsible for operationalizing new programs, processes, and workflows to enhance SCP’s effectiveness, meet contract requirements, align operations to regulatory compliance requirement, create an efficient and scalable operating model, and improve the patient experience. Key member of the central operations team working cross functionally to drive key metrics and hit key milestones for Strive priority initiatives.
Essential Functions
- Operationalize care model requirements to meet contractual obligations, support launch new markets, align to compliance requirements, and mature our overall care model
- Gather feedback from SCP staff and leadership on business priorities and operational requirements for deployment of new programs and capabilities
- Partner with internal stakeholders to communicate SCP business requirements, track priorities, and communicate project status with SCP leadership
- Lead internal Operations projects focusing on internal process, technology, analytics, and reporting work streams
- Map new program and operations requirements, workflows, and success metrics. Collaborates with implementation, training, product, and tech teams to meet operations requirements.
- Understand and manage against the nuances associated with a variety of customers including health plans, health systems, provider groups, and other value-based care organizations.
- Lead both structured and ad-hoc project management, reporting, and relationship management activities to inform key internal/external stakeholders and resolve issues quickly and effectively build relationships with key internal and external stakeholders to establish the Operations team as trusted partners.
- Provide project updates/reporting on a consistent basis to various stakeholders about strategy, adjustments, and progress. Provide input into future implementations across functional areas to continuously improve operations and scalability of functions.
- Monitor project scope and progress to make adjustments as needed. Measure project performance to identify areas for improvement.
- Applies continuous improvement mentality and measures to ensure the best outcomes and continued progress.
- Meet in person with internal and/or external stakeholders to facilitate team and business priorities/opportunities.Â
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in business, healthcare, or a related field
- 3+ years of project management and related experience
- Project Management Professional (PMP) certification preferred or certification within first 6 months of hire
- Business travel
- Internet Connectivity - Min Speeds: 3.8Mbps/3.0Mbps (up/down): Latency <60 ms
Preferred Qualifications
- 3 years’ experience working in a healthcare delivery operation with experience in process improvement
- Proven ability to solve problems creatively.
- Strong familiarity with project management software tools, methodologies, and best practices
- Experience seeing projects through the full life cycle
- Excellent analytical skills
- Strong interpersonal skills and extremely resourceful
- Demonstrated level of comfort with ambiguity Proven ability to complete projects according to outlined scope, budget, and timeline
Annual Salary Range: $83,700.00-$101,500.00
