Job Description
To manage Global Markets Operations/Trade Support (GMO/TS) in all aspects of the business and accountable for functions performed by the team. To provide professional service to all Global Markets stakeholders and represent GMO/TS at all internal and external forums.
Qualifications
Bachelor of Commerce in Accounting, Economics/Finance (min)ย
Additional Information
Experience:
- 3-4 years: experience in global markets.ย
- 1-2 years: supervisory experience in a foreign exchange related operation
Key Responsibilities:
Build and maintain relationships with customers and business partners:
- Ensure SLAโs are in place between all departments that have dealings with Global Markets Operations/ Trade Support.
- Provide constant feedback to the Head of CIB Operations and Head Global Markets on the trading activities.
Efficient and Effective delivery in business unit:
- Scrutinise confirmation register on a daily basis
- Maintain tradable products in the system and facilitate the new product implementation process for GMO/TS
Risk Management and Compliance:
- Ensure that Reconciliation of losses due to reversal and cancellation of trades is compiled and submitted to Ops Risk Centre on monthly basis.
- Ensure appropriate levels and limits of authority are in place for GMO staff
People Management:
- Attend to training needs, personal development plan, and performance improvement plan for GMO/TS staff.
- Identify appropriate formal and occupational (informal) training needs and courses to develop oneself
