Position: Manager - Order to Cash

JOB DESCRIPTION:

The position will be part of Finance Shared Services team at Pune.

In this role, you will...

• Ensure sales orders are processed accurately and invoices are issued timely to customer.
• The position requires working closely with Senior Manager (Order to Cash) who is based out of Canada. Ensuring all month/quarter close activities are performed timely.
• Validation of data to be used for billing out from Oracle and Salesforce.
• Investigate and resolve billing queries. Resolve cases assigned in Salesforce/ServiceNow.
• Prepare monthly reports.
• Manage performance of all Order to Cash team members in India shared services.
• Ensure process documentation including standard operating procedures & policies are updated and available to the business.
• Managing working relationships with key business stakeholders. Coordinating between Sales, Collections and billing team members.
• Working on further streamlining the process by providing process improvements to improve efficiency and correctness.
• Review of activities completed by team members and utilizing of team's spare bandwidth and creating Backup plan within team.

• B Com with CA/CMA/MBA/Inter CA/Inter CMA.
• Should have at least 10 years of experience in accounts of which at least 4 years in OTC process (Billing and Revenue).
• Experience of handling various Audits (SOX, Internal & Statutory).
• Very good oral and written communication in English is must.
• Advanced Excel abilities including v-lookups and pivot tables. Must be able to work in Excel.
• Knowledge of Salesforce &fc Oracle ERP is considered an asset.
• Ready to work in EMEA Shifts.
