Who we are
The Global Performance Marketing team is focused on driving profitable member acquisition growth through a data-informed channel, and audience approach. We are at a pivotal point in our company's weight health journey, with the emergence of GLP-1's. With WW's recent acquisition of Sequence, we are looking for a candidate to play a pivotal role in building and implementing our go to market and growth paid media strategies; with the goal to establish Sequence as the choice in an emerging multi-billion dollar industry.
What you will do
Through the establishment of our Performance Marketing strategy, you will play a pivotal role in meeting our annual Sequence user acquisition targets; through end-to-end campaign management. You will be ruthless and pragmatic in your approach to channel agnostic optimizations, building a test & learn agenda and working with our platform partners to ensure we're profitably capturing demand. You will also work closely with our Performance Creative lead to influence creative strategies and execution based on real-time insight.
  • With the support of WW paid media leads, build the Sequence performance marketing strategy; supporting ambitious user acquisition goals across media channels.
  • Directly optimize performance marketing channels (hands-on keyboard), including but not limited to Paid Search, Paid Social, Affiliates, etc
  • Optimize towards profitability through LTV:CAC targets, operating in a channel agnostic manner
  • Identify & launch growth opportunities, with an eye to scale our program profitably
  • Establish and nurture account relationships, with major media platforms
  • Closely collaborate with WW Performance Creative team, maintaining a continual feedback loop on creative performance and contributing to ongoing iterations
  • Be well versed & continually up to date in regulatory requirements, as it relates to media targeting, messaging, etc
  • Act as media stakeholder and liaise with Sequence web & data teams, ensuring that business requirements are documented and met.
  • Develop scheduled and ad hoc media trend and insight reporting & analysis, to produce actionable insights and recommendations that support business goals and initiatives.

Who you are
  • At least 5 years of relevant paid media experience, preferably within pharmaceutical, telehealth and/or healthcare industries
  • Player-coach mentality, easily adapting to tactical vs. strategic work & discussions
  • Hands on experience within Google Ads and Facebook Ads Manager user interfaces, additional platform experience preferred
  • Experience in performance marketing environments, specifically operating towards contribution goals, namely CLTV:CAC and/or ROAS
  • Comfortable interacting with executive leadership across a broad range of media topics within a fast-paced environment
  • Comfort with data analytics and tools (Looker, Rockerbox, Google Suite)
  • Adept at ad-hoc data mining & analysis, to support queries surrounding performance trends, forecasts and insight generation

Base salary may vary depending on, but not limited to: skills, experience, and location. Base Salary $110,000/yr to $120,000/yr
